Novadvice welcomed former President of Mexico, Mr Vicente Fox

Novadvice was honoured to welcome former President of Mexico, Mr. Vicente Fox in Belgium and Germany. Through several seminars and private meetings, Mr. Vicente Fox shared with our guests his vision of Mexico and its interconnections with neighbouring countries.

He confirmed our view that Mexico is a country in full expansion, with great potential, and a great destination for foreign investors.

Some of the sectors of the Mexican economy he pointed out are health, education and credit which is in line with our research of the last 3 years, and the strategy of credit for medical devices in which we are currently investing. We believe it is possible to create great value through the leasing of medical equipment in strategic fields such as gynecology, radiology, ophthalmology, plastic surgery and imageology.

Alphard, the company under acquisition, has a loan portfolio of more than US$ 50 million, revenues for more than US$ 10 million and a growth of 49% CAGR. With it, we have a great entry point in order to develop a credit platform and achieve a return above 30% IRR and 4x MOIC.

This initiative will contribute to reducing the waiting lists for local health services and will support the growing medical tourism coming from the US.
