María is founder and managing partner at Novadvice since 2008, firstly in Chile and then in Belgium and at the group level. Since 2022 María is CEO of Novadvice Belgium, she participates in the Strategic and the Investment committees, and is part of its Board of Directors.

Besides, she is also director of several unregulated companies in Spain, USA, Belgium and Chile.

Since the beginning of 2023 she is Chairwoman of the Advisory Board and IC member of Marea Group (Mexico).

Previously in 2012, she co-lead the acquisition and scale up of an Asset Management company in Luxembourg. The company was sold in 2019 to the biggest Irish independent asset manager.

She began her professional career at the main Independent Financial Advisory Company (EAFI) in Spain, developing quantitative models and leading a team of engineers and mathematicians.

Maria holds a Master’s degree in Mining Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and completed courses of Private Equity and Risk Management at the Solvay Business School and a Governance program at ESADE Business School.

Marc is founder and managing partner at Novadvice since 2008, firstly in Chile and then in Belgium and at the group level. He is part of its Board of Directors and participates in its Strategy Committee and its Investment Committee. He is Head of Global Business Development.

In 2012, Marc was involved in the acquisition and scale up of an Asset Management Company in Luxembourg. In 2019, he led the sale of the company to the biggest Irish independent asset management company and became a member of its board of directors for two years.

Marc began his professional career at the largest Independent Financial Advisory company in Spain. He led a spin off in the fields of financial professional education certifying on EFPA and IFTA certifications. Then he joined the asset management factory of the group as European Key Accounts Manager.

Having Belgian and Peruvian roots, Marc grew up between Europe and Latin America where he had the opportunity to learn the best of both worlds. Marc holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Engineering from the ICHEC Business School in Brussels and a PDD from IESE in Madrid. He is an board member for several target companies and investment vehicles.

Enrique is an independent director in Novadvice's Investment Committee since 2023.

He is also a Managing Partner at Marea Group, an investment company focused on essential sectors investment opportunities across Mexico. He is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and fundraising at Marea.

Before founding Marea, Enrique gained 15 years of experience as a Real Estate and Private Equity Investor and Advisor. He was Executive Director at Goldman Sachs and Director at Citigroup, where he advised clients on transactions totalling over $50 billion in deal value, covering North and South America.

Enrique serves also as a Senior Advisor of Grupo Patio, and a Director in Aurora Industrial.

He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Universidad de Oviedo and completed a Leadership Program in Derivatives and Alternative Investments at the London School of Economics.

Adrian is Managing Partner and leads the talent selection as well as the Directorship Office. He designs and is responsible for the recruitment of the internal team and directors. He also leads the searcher's selection process. He also frames strategies for growth, creates value with the portfolio companies and acts as the liaison with investors.

Prior to joining Novadvice in 2022, Adrian was CEO of Wella Company Benelux (KKR owned company). Previously, he held progressive roles as executive director for L'Oréal and Procter & Gamble in Europe and Africa. He started his career as Consultant for Accenture.

Adrian holds a Bachelor of Economical & Commercial Sciences (Greatest Honours) from ICHEC University and an MBA from the Solvay Business School.

Mercedes is a member of the Finance Committee at Novadvice since 2022, which is responsible for overseeing the financial management of the company, ensuring that the company’s finances are managed effectively and efficiently.

She helps the CEO in reviewing and approving the annual budget, monitoring the company’s financial performance, and ensuring that the company complies with all relevant financial regulations.

Since 2016 Mercedes holds the position of Financial Director in companies with close connections with Investment Funds.

She began her professional career at Deloitte, in the Financial Audit Department.

She holds a Bachelor in Law and Business Administration at the University Pontificia de Comillas and a Master degree in Audit and Management Development from the same institution.

Sabine is Head of Benelux Business Development. She looks after client relationship for our platform of investments and establishes contacts with clients and other elements of Novadvice network for fundraising. She also defines and execute the strategy for product private placement with referrals and distributors.

She is also Partner in an innovative company that offers cutting-edge Wealthtech technology.

Prior to joining Novadvice, she headed the non-resident department of BBVA group in Brussels and collaborated with Private Banks in Wealth Management.

Sabine has 20 years of experience in the Benelux market and likes driving teams to success thanks to dynamism, enthusiasm, and solution mindset.

She holds a Master in Translation and a Master in Financial Management from Brussels University.

Analyst within the Investment Management team. He is responsible for the implementation of Novadvice Investment Process through investment identification, evaluation, value creation execution, monitoring and exit.

The Investment Management team is responsible for the management of the day to day portfolio activities including portfolio construction, risk management, top-down fundamental research and deal process.

Prior to joining Novadvice in 2024, Eliott worked as an M&A Advisor for KPMG in Brussels. He also interned at Banque Internationale à Luxembourg within the UHNWI Investment Advisory team.

Eliott holds a Master's degree in Banking and Asset Management and bachelor's degree in Economics and Management Sciences from HEC Liège Management School

Luci is Quality and CRS Manager. She is responsible to plan, develop, and execute initiatives to ensure the quality management of company’s process (value chain, support and strategic), as well as its CRS approach, in line with the company’s mission and vision.

Prior to joining Novadvice in 2010, Luci worked at international and local organizations, in the public and private sector, using methodologies for process management, ISO9001 certification, strategic planning and capacity building, in areas such as business development, sustainable development and education.

Luci holds a master’s degree in molecular biology from University of São Paulo and a MBA from Getulio Vargas Foundation, in Brazil.

Vion is an Investment Analyst within the Investment Management team. He is responsible for the implementation of the Novadvice Investment Process through investment identification, evaluation, value creation execution, monitoring and exit. The Investment Management team is responsible for the management of the day-to-day portfolio activities including portfolio construction, risk management, top-down fundamental research and deal process. Prior to joining Novadvice, he worked as an Investment Banking Off-Cycle Analyst within the Equity Capital Markets division at Belfius Bank. In 2025, he graduated with a master's degree in business economics, majoring in Financial Markets & Services, from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.

My name is Mara Matei and I am an executive assistant intern at Novadvice. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in international Relations at Université Libre de Bruxelles, and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the same university.

Throughout my studies, I have cultivated a strong foundation in international affairs and legislative processes, which I further enhanced during an internship at the Romanian Court of Auditors and my active role as a youth advocator at the Intercultural Dialogue Platform.

I am a resourceful and dedicated person with excellent analytical skills and demonstrated commitment to working hard. Determination, originality, and creativity are some qualities that describe me and underpin my foundation for success.

Roberta is in charge of the area of marketing and communication. She supports the company's corporate image and marketing framework definition. She also develops materials related to corporate image, client relationship, product business development and digital presence.

Roberta started working at Novadvice in Chile on 2024.

Roberta worked for independent companies of graphics and textil, and also business owners.

She earned a specialized degree in graphic and web design at the University Mayor of Santiago de Chile.
