A Legacy of Excellence
Novadvice began in 2008, when Marc and María set out to create an investment platform focused on alternative assets rather than short-term market noise. Their first private equity investment in a Chilean real estate manager led to a successful exit five years later at a 4x multiple, confirming the value of a patient, hands-on approach.
Founded by Marc Michiels and María Pardo in 2008, Novadvice has grown from its origins in Santiago de Chile into a European-based platform combining entrepreneurial spirit with institutional discipline.
Over the following years, Novadvice expanded across real estate, private equity, and impact-oriented venture capital, working with specialist partners in Europe and the United States. Today, the firm manages over €200m, combining financial discipline with a focus on tangible assets and operating businesses.
This history naturally led to NovEtA, our Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) and search fund strategy. Leveraging 15+ years of transactional experience and 80+ entrepreneurial partnerships, we now support seasoned professionals who acquire and lead SMEs — building a diversified portfolio of high-quality companies across Europe and North America through the ETA model.
