Apr. 2025.
In March two managing partners of Novadvice went for a five day trip to Florida and Texas to monitor the work in progress on the Real Estate projects. You will see the results in the attached photos.
Pompano
Pompano Beach, in the heart of Florida’s Gold Coast, boasts some of the warmest and clearest waters, welcoming sandy beaches and calming breezes. Pompano Beach has experienced a major renaissance and is a vibrant, sophisticated, multidimensional destination with a three mile stretch of pristine shoreline, restored dunes and tree shaded playgrounds and exercise areas.
Phase 1 of the construction of the Multifamily development is fully rented. Phase 2 will include 51 units in 4 sites along NW 27th Avenue. We believe the buildings will be delivered between April and June 2025 which will lead to an increase of the project’s NOI. See the progress of construction in the photos below.
Daytona
Daytona Beach is a great place for families looking for a healthy lifestyle to live. You can take the kids and the family to the beach and enjoy restaurants, hotels, and many more entertainment locations.
The construction of the multifamily is about to be finalized (delivery of the last building is scheduled for June 2025). 90 units are already rented, and 60 units already occupied. The team in charge of the property management is very professional and motivated. Its aim is to meet high occupancy by the end of the year. See the progress of construction in the photos below.
Alamo
San Antonio is quickly becoming one of the most vibrant cities for businesses in South Texas. A quiet, close-knit community with the perks of city life nearby, Alamo enjoys a robust economy with production and low living costs, bringing unique opportunities for businesses and manufacturers alike. The city offers a host of benefits for businesses seeking to expand or relocate to the area, including tax incentives and exclusive access to a diverse market area of 2.5 million people thanks to its central location and proximity to Mexico.
The construction of the multifamily in Alamo is about to be finalized (delivery of the last building scheduled for June 2025). There are already 99 units rented. The team managing the property is very strong and highly motivated. Its aim is to meet a stabilized occupancy level by year-end. See the progress of construction in the photos below.
