Novadvice is founded in Santiago de Chile to advise local institutional players in quantitative asset management and to bring investment solutions to European FOs.
Novadvice set up its first investment vehicle to acquire a stake in a successful chilean real estate manager in Latam and the USA, exited 5 years later at a 4x MOIC.
Novadvice acquisition in Luxembourg of Novacap AM. Services vertical integration to provide fund services and portfolio management (MiFID, UCITS, SIF, AIFM..).
Exit of Novacap, today part of the biggest fund service group in Luxembourg.
Opening of Novadvice Alternative Investments office in Brussels. Independent alternative investments boutique addressing to FOs, MFOs and institutional investors.
