Novadvice Featured in L’Echo

We were honoured that the Belgian financial newspaper L’Echo published an article highlighting Novadvice’s activities and its long-standing commitment to Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA). Marc Michiels, founder and managing partner of Novadvice, explains his shift from 15 years in public markets to private equity, which he considers a more stable and value-driven environment. Rather than reacting to volatile stock markets influenced by geopolitical, economic and psychological factors, Novadvice focuses on creating long-term value in innovative SMEs across sectors such as robotics and healthcare.

For nearly ten years, Novadvice has developed the ETA model using search funds: first selecting talented professionals with 10 to 15 years of experience, then financing them for two years to acquire and develop an SME.

The article also highlights the launch of the NovEtA Club, a consortium of family offices co-investing in European and North American SMEs.
